		President: Longstreet Consulting Inc 1994 - Present Developed an international software consulting company. Consulted with over 75 organizations, corporations and government entities. Advise executive management on proper strategic directions for their IT departments. Work directly with executive management to assist implementing measurement programs to manage internal employee s and contractors. Developed numerous estimating models used by IT management. Implement measurement and project management methods to better manage and communicate status to executive management. Assist organizations to evaluate costs and benefits of developing new software applications, maintaining existing software applications and moving to e-commerce applications. Developed several outsourcing contracts. Develop and market multimedia training software products sold globally via traditional and e-commerce. Consult with organizations in the USA, Italy, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Singapore, Australia, Mexico and other locations.
		Review and analyze functional specifications written by corporations in a variety of formats (including traditional, Use Case, UML, Rational, OO, and others). Provided assistance on locating individuals and corporations that failed to fulfill payment of debt. Assisted corporations in the liquidation of assets. 1983 - 1987 Software Programmer Texas A&M University - Wrote software programs used by Physicists at the Texas A&M University Cyclotron. Assisted the Department of Electrical Engineering with software programming support for professors and staff.
